Markquetta Jackson was born and raised in Louisville Kentucky. She presently resides in Jeffersontown Kentucky and practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Signify Health, and Kentuckiana Center for Addiction Medicine, She practices as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Behavioral Health Solutions and Done Health. She’s also Medical Director of Bellatox Boutique. She originally attended Spalding University in Louisville Kentucky where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2003. Markquetta then went back to pursue her Masters of Nursing and graduated in 2010 from Spalding University.  Her passion for nursing continued to grow which made her return to Spalding University to obtain a Doctorate of Nursing Practice, her graduation year was 2018 with her DNP. Her eagerness, motivation, determination and drive made her go even further in her nursing career. Markquettarecently graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2020 where she received her certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Markquetta is licensed to practice nursing in the states of Kentucky, Nevada, Georgia, Texas, Wyoming, and Florida. She has worked primarily with the adult population in a home base setting. Whether it be telehealth or face to face visits she has provided physical and mental healthcare needs for those with limited or no access to healthcare.
